About PCE

Professional Communications Exchange (PCE) is a network of consultants who specialize in marketing communications and public relations.

PCE has two missions

  • To provide a forum for members to stay up-to-date on the trends in communications and related fields.
  • To help market our members' services through referrals within the group, and through the PCE member directory available on this Web site.

Read our membership Professional Code of Conduct!

Interested in hiring a PCE member?
Check out the bios of the individual members (see directory). If you find people whose expertise fits your needs, you may contact them directly. All members list their e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers. There is no fee.
OR send a message to all PCE members with your work requirements using our Consultant Request Form.

Thinking of joining PCE?
If you're a full-time, self-employed communications professional in Southern California with at least three years of experience, you qualify to become a member. PCE members receive "Request A Consultant" emails forwarded from companies and individuals who come to our website seeking communications support. Members can also network with fellow professional communications consultants at informal get-togethers and program meetings we co-sponsor with other professional groups from time to time. They also get exposure to the broad range of potential clients who turn to the PCE directory when they are looking for reliable freelancers. The PCE membership fee is $100 for one year.

Companies that have hired PCE professionals include Allergan, Coca-Cola, Deloitte & Touche, Disneyland, Marriott International, Mattel, Mazda, Reebok, Taco Bell, Toshiba America Information Systems, United Airlines and Xerox.

Ready to join?
Simply fill out our online application. After submitting your application you will be contacted by email and given a mailing address to which you will be asked to send a check to pay your first year of dues for inclusion in our online directory. Or, if you prefer, you may email us to request an application in Word® format.
